Maintenance:
Ascent negotiates and establishes the critical systems maintenance programs based on recommendations from our staff of data center engineers. We utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System to track purchase orders, work orders, and invoices for a consolidated look into expense and repair histories of your critical systems.
Monitoring:
The Ascent Operations Center (AOC) is the central hub for all maintenance, monitoring, and operation activities. The AOC is up all night, so you don’t have to be. The AOC is staffed 24x7 for real-time critical systems monitoring, vendor dispatching, and enforcing escalation procedures.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO):
Our BPO services such as vendor contract administration, third party account payables, financial accruals, and facility budgeting strengthen your ability to operate a highly efficient and reliable data center in the most cost-effective manner.
