Utilizing our Critical Infrastructure Management Service, Ascent develops critical systems programs to manage preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance scheduling and operating procedures based on guidelines from industry leading practices, equipment manufacturer recommendations and client requirements.
Monitoring:
The Ascent Operations Center (AOC) is staffed 24x7 for real-time critical systems monitoring, vendor dispatching and enforcing escalation procedures. Our AOC alarming notification system can integrate with your facilities building automation/controls and facilities management software. The AOC is the central hub for all maintenance, monitoring, and operation activities. The AOC is up all night, so you don’t have to be.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO):
