The Ascent Operations Center (AOC) is your 24x7x365 single point of contact for maintenance coordination and support as well as for critical systems monitoring. The AOC serves as the hub for thousands of critical sites across the U.S. and Canada, working with Fortune 500 clients and hundreds of maintenance vendors to implement industry best practices for critical infrastructure maintenance.

The AOC Support Team can handle requests via emails, web or phone 24 hours a day for critical facilities maintenance activities, service requests, problem tracking, and problem resolution. From simple "How do I" questions to complex integrations and workflow designs, our support team is here to help. We can provide:

  • Maintenance Coordination & Support
    • 24x7 Single Point of Contact
    • Documents maintenance schedules, status and activities

  • Client and Vendor Dispatch Center
    • AOC coordinates with vendors for emergency dispatches and tracks vendor status
    • Ascent monitors vendor compliance to their contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    • Documents maintenance status and activities

  • Critical Event & Outage Management
    • Responds to emergency requests and alerts that come through phone, email, DCIM and BMS alarm queues
    • Facilitates communication and coordination during emergency events
    • Writes details post event reports for any service impacting outage

  • Monitoring
    • Our alarming notification system integrates with DCIM products, building automation / controls and third party systems, allowing us to remotely monitor multiple systems and alarm dashboards to support onsite operations team.
    • When alarms occur, we escalate, communicate and track resolutions with our NOC team.
